This policy explains what information Coiner26 collects, why, and what we do (and don't do) with it. The short version: we collect what's needed to run your account and your searches, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.

2. Information We Collect

Account info: your email address, and either a password (hashed, never stored in plain text) or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.

Product data: the search terms, projects, rules, and name candidates you create while using Coiner26, along with the availability results we look up on your behalf.

Basic technical data: things like IP address and request logs, kept only as long as needed to keep the service secure and working.

3. What We Don't Do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with data brokers, ad networks, or third parties for marketing purposes. We don't run third-party ad trackers or analytics scripts on the site. Anything we send to a service on your behalf (like checking whether a domain or handle is available) is limited to the lookup itself.

The names and terms you search are never shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than serving that search back to you. We don't use your searches to train models, build aggregate datasets, or for anything beyond your immediate use of the product.

4. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate your account, run the searches and rules you configure, keep the service secure and abuse-resistant, and respond when you contact us.

5. Accounts & Sign-In

You can create a local account (email + password) or sign in with your Google account. If you use Google sign-in, we receive the basic profile info Google shares (your email address) — we don't get your Google password.

6. Payments

Coiner26's paid plan is a one-time payment covering one year of service. Payment is handled by our payment processor — we don't store your full card number ourselves.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your account and product data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your data deleted or your account closed, reach out through our Contact page and we'll take care of it.

8. Children's Privacy

Coiner26 isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date below. Continued use of Coiner26 after a change means you accept the updated policy.
