Terms of Service

Last updated July 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Coiner26, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The Service

Coiner26 helps you generate business name candidates and check domain and social handle availability in real time. Availability results come from third-party registrars and platforms and can change or be inaccurate at any given moment — always confirm before you register or file anything.

3. Accounts

You can sign in with a local account (email + password) or with your Google account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

The paid plan is a one-time payment that provides one year of service from the date of purchase. It is not a recurring subscription — it doesn't auto-renew.

5. Fair Use

The paid plan is intended for individual use, not high-volume commercial or bulk use. We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that use the service in a way that's clearly outside normal individual use (for example, automated bulk querying or reselling access).

6. Cancellation

Since the paid plan is a one-time annual purchase rather than a recurring subscription, there's nothing to "cancel" going forward — it simply won't renew unless you purchase again. If you'd like to close your account, stop using the service, or have questions about a payment, reach out through our Contact page.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't use Coiner26 to violate the law, infringe on others' rights, or interfere with the service's operation (including attempts to circumvent rate limits or fair-use restrictions).

8. Intellectual Property

Name suggestions Coiner26 generates for you are yours to use. We don't run trademark clearance searches — you're responsible for confirming a name you choose doesn't infringe on someone else's trademark before you adopt it.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Coiner26 is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Availability results are a snapshot in time, not a guarantee. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coiner26 isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

Coiner26 is based in the United States, and these terms are governed by United States law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date below — continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
